A villa is an ideal way of spending a holiday with children, especially younger children as you really are free to do as you please and keep any routines going. You’ll have more space than if you stayed in a hotel and the luxury of your own pool outside your door. Even if sitting by the pool isn’t your thing, just imagine waking up and having an early morning swim, breakfast by the pool and then coming ‘home’ after a long day out and again cooling of in the pool or just enjoying a glass of wine as the sun goes down.

A lot of villas have dishwashers and washing machines. I know washing the clothes may not be the priority on holiday, but it’s there just in case. You won’t need to worry about packing enough changes of outfit for the children, or yourself, or you could even do some of the washing before you get home. There’s not much worse than getting home to start washing a whole pile of holiday stuff!

Again booking is done on line and includes flights, so no need to worry about finding your own flights, but should you wish to you can book the villa without flights. The price also includes car hire and a welcome pack, which is especially handy if you’re arriving in the evening.

Thomson Villas have villas in 19 destinations including Greece, Spain, Malta, Turkey and the Algarve. You are able to book the villa only and book your own flights or Thomson can arrange the whole package. Car hire if advertised as free with some villas as well as some free child places.
