It has been announced this morning that Freedom Flights, who we advertised on this site, has gone in to administration. Freedom Flights is part of the XL Leisure Group. Unfortunately this means that any flights booked on line will not be covered by ATOL. For more information on this news see their website xl.com.
Booking flights or holidays on line does offer savings, but it seems that in some cases we are not covered by ATOL if we do so. However, booking by credit card does ensure that a full refund will be given in such circumstances by your credit card company.
